We do offer a complimentary hotel-only booking service. Hotels pay us a commission once travel is completed. For this service, we ask that you have an idea of your destination and an approximate budget in mind. If you request a specific hotel, you should have an idea of what it costs per night so the quote is aligned with your budget. Cruise-only booking is also complimentary. We also offer a full travel design service where we plan your entire trip from A to Z, which can include flights, transfers, hotels, tours and pre/post cruise. For our full design services, we charge a reasonable design fee discussed during the discovery phase of your trip planning.

We like to have a discovery call with new clients to begin learning your personal travel identity. For organizational purposes, we prefer to quote and book communications via email. We are happy to respond to text messages regarding questions before, during, and after travel. We actually LOVE to hear from our clients during their trip. Send us a pic of your fabulous room, we love to see it!

Life happens and we completely understand. As your bespoke travel partner, please know that we are not compensated for hotel-only bookings until your travel is complete. By the time a proposal is presented, thoughtful planning and expertise have already been invested. If you have opted for our full design service, the design fees are non-refundable. We try to minimize working for free and appreciate you valuing our time. If dates need to be adjusted we are happy to accommodate. If we notice a client cancels regularly, we will need to implement a cancellation fee.

We can not book your flights and hotels using your credit card points. We have clients who incorporate these bookings into longer trips. We are happy to advise on accommodations and include these in your itinerary. We do recommend using points for flights but we cannot book them for you. But by all means, use your points girl!

Absolutely, we do this all the time. Sometimes we can even be added to your hotel or cruise (if you haven’t made final payment) and we are happy to jump in and elevate your trip in any way we can.

We always recommend protecting your travel investment and are happy to provide a trip protection quote for you. We are not insurance brokers but we are sellers of insurance. We will provide options; you must perform your due diligence to ensure the plan covers all your necessary travel needs.

You book with us because our heart is in every single trip. We love what we do and you will have someone advocating for you every step of the way. We also maintain valuable relationships in the travel industry. We spend significant time connecting and traveling to see new hotels, meet with hoteliers/GM's, cruise/tour operators and destination management companies to ensure we can offer a VIP experience for our personal clients. We can offer perks like free breakfast, room upgrades when available and early check-in/checkout. Additionally, you get a real life human championing for you immediately upon booking your vacation. You are also supporting a small, woman-owned business instead of a large conglomerate that truly does not care if you get that room upgrade. Meanwhile, we do a little happy upgrade dance every single time.

It is important to note that we are NOT Booking or Expedia. If you only want the cheapest room available because, “we are only going to sleep there,” we likely aren’t the right fit for you. For us, the hotel is an experience and a large part of any vacation and a destination in itself. We offer a range of pricing options to accommodate different categories of hotel stays and trip types. There are many ways to book travel so if you see a better price, please let us know and we will be happy to try to match it. If we cannot match, we will let you know and discuss the best options but please give us the opportunity to try if we have already started working together.
